DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF GOOD AND / OR SERVICES
RaceTech is a business in the Automotive industry that markets a wide range of aftermarket car accessories, lamps, performance parts, car audio, alloy mag wheels and replacement parts. By undertaking to purchase any product from RaceTech the customer must abide by the terms and conditions listed herein.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and shipped usually within 3 to 10 working days and delivery confirmed by way of booking [Number / Voucher / ID etc]. This time frame could change without notice, however should there be any unfortunate delays, you will be notified. Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund. Customers can opt to collect orders from our Trichardt store. Collection can only be made during normal trading hours, once we have prepared your order.
Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared and reflects into our account. Once cleared and processed, will your order be ready to collect from our store or sent out via courier.
FREE SHIPPING ITEMS
Items that are advertised as FREE SHIPPING will be available for a limited period only & will be clearly stated on our website. Terms & Conditions apply on such items and are subject to change without notice. Quantities of these items will also be limited and we reserve the right to stop/pause this offer should stocks be depleted before the end of the promotional date. Full Refunds will be issued on paid up orders if the item is sold out. FREE SHIPPING will be subjected to deliveries to main provincial city centres only & excludes outlying areas not serviced by our nominated courier service provider. FREE SHIPPING orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 days after payment has been confirmed into our company bank account. Should a correctly supplied product be returned, there will be a 15% handling fee and the customer will also bear the shipping costs of returning the product back to us. By purchasing the FREE SHIPPING item you abide by the rules & regulations listed herein.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Due to the nature of our website program, some items that show out of stock, and cannot be added to cart, will still display the last price. We reserve the right to update the price when new stock comes in. We will not be held liable to supply the item at the out of stock price, should the new price be higher. Please send us a mail to confirm if stock will be available & if the price will remain the same. Certain out of stock items may not be available any longer, and will be removed from our site timeously.
ERRORS AND OMMISIONS (E&OE)
All projected pricing ,information and images listed on the website are with Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE) and all products are Subject To, and Limited By, Availability .

All projected pricing, information and images provided on this website are done so in good faith using information obtained from suppliers, manufacturers and other Internet sources and are thus subject to change without prior notice. We do our best to ensure that this information is as accurate as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
While every care is taken to ensure that product images, projected prices and information are correct, mistakes do happen. If there is a product price increase from the projected pricing, we will notify you of a price change and you will be able to cancel or continue the transaction.
Please note that before your order status is changed to "Payment Finalized" your order is not confirmed and your payment is in reserve and is treated as a refundable deposit. Pricing and your order is not binding until your order has been confirmed by us and has been marked as "Payment Finalized". Before this point, all orders are pending and your payment is treated as a refundable deposit, as indicated by your order status. If the price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before accepting your order or notify you that the order has not been accepted.
RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY
The provision of goods and services by RaceTech is subject to availability. In cases of refunds, RaceTech will refund the client in full within 21 days. Please note that there is a credit refund process in order to for us to issue a refund. Please do not contact us frequently to speed up the refund policy as we have to follow procedure which could take up to 21 days. Cancellation of correctly supplied orders which will attract a 15% administration fee as well shipping costs to return the product/s. Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can`t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Shipping costs are not refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed so by us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Obvious signs of use or that the item has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will EFT the funds to bank account that is in your name only. No exceptions!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven`t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you`ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a return address, specific to that item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you`ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn`t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don`t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All products deemed to be incorrect have a 7 day money back guarantee – provided that:
• The product has not been used in any way, • Is in its original condition and packaging • Original proof of payment/ invoice is furnished • Goods correctly supplied and returned after this period are subject to a 15% handling fee. • Lamps/Lighting & Bulbs as well as electrical products will NOT be refunded or swopped out. WARRANTY CLAIMS
Failure to comply with this will void all warranties on such products.
RaceTech undertakes to supply all products in good faith. If a product is sold and it is not suitable or incorrect for the vehicle intended, we will gladly refund and or return the product in question. However, correctly supplied products will incur a 15% service fee should the product be returned for whatever reason. All correctly supplied products returned for refunds, must be received by us in the original condition together with the original packaging that it was supplied as well as proof of purchase. Further, all courier/shipping charges for returns on correctly supplied products will be carried by the buyer. RaceTech will not be liable for any courier costs as a result of returns on correctly supplied products. For In-store purchases, it is mandatory for all goods to be checked by the customer BEFORE leaving the store as we will not held responsible for any claims on goods that have been checked / tested after it has left the store. Responsibility of ALL products pass onto the customer once it leaves our store.
LAMPS/LIGHTING & BULBS
These products DO NOT carry any warranties once tested instore and the product leaves our store. We recommend that these products be installed by a professional fitter.
There is absolutely NO Guarantee/Warranty on any chrome or chrome plated products.
SPOILERS & BODY KITS
RaceTech endeavours to supply products that fit correctly on the vehicle it is intended for. This applies to ALL Spoilers, Bumpers and Body kits. It is the responsibility of the customer to “trial fit” any of these products BEFORE it is spray painted and/or installed. RaceTech will not be held responsible for any painting/labour costs directly or indirectly incurred by the customer. We strongly suggest an authorized panel beater be used for the installation of these products.
Note: All our products are fiberglass unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Orders may be collected from our store. Please allow for a 3 to 7 day processing and delivery time for your order to be collected from our other Store.
Online orders must be paid in full before it will be processed for collection.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Once delivery has taken place, risk passes on to the person accepting the goods. All goods remain the property of RaceTech until paid for in full.
RaceTech shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED
We prefer your mother in law’s old gold jewellery, biltong, diamonds and EFTs (not really!!!!). Unfortunately Zim dollars or bonds do not work either. If you pay us, please do so via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Credit Cards are a real pain if you are not in store in person. Shortly we will be considering credit cards, Paypal (yip we don’t only hunt) and bitcoins. Payment may be made via EFT and direct bank transfer into the RaceTech bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. NOTE: All cash deposits incur a mandatory 2% cash deposit fee therefore we strongly suggest EFT payments. Prices on ONLINE deals may vary from our physical store prices. Note: all instore deals are strictly cash notes only, no cards.
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
